At Rapid Ridez, we are pleased to offer shipping services to our valued customers within USA & Canada. Please take a moment to review our shipping policy to understand how we handle the shipment of our vehicles.
2. Shipping within Canada
We currently only offer shipping services to locations within USA and Canada. We do not ship internationally at this time.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs for our vehicles are calculated based on the distance of delivery and the weight of the unit being shipped. The shipping cost will be provided to you during the checkout process before you confirm your order. If the unit is marked with FREE SHIPPING, then no shipping charges will be added.
4. Return and Refund Policy
We want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase from Rapid Ridez. However, please be aware that we have a strict policy regarding returns, refunds, and exchanges.
5. Returns
We do not accept returns of any powersport vehicles, parts, or accessories once they have been delivered and accepted by the customer. Please make sure to carefully review your order and ask any questions you may have before completing your purchase.
6. Refunds
We do not offer refunds for any reason, including but not limited to:

- Compatibility issues
- Dissatisfaction with the product

We do not offer exchanges for any products. All sales are final.
